This mix of flavors and textures is really interesting and delicious!

1. Wash, trim and chop 3/4 pound Broccoli (use the florets and the stem, too!). Toss prepared Broccoli with enough Vinaigrette to coat well, refrigerate for 20-30 minutes while prepping the rest of the ingredients. Marinating the Broccoli will take the raw edge off (you can also gently steam if you prefer).

2. Lightly toast 1/4 cup Raw Pecans, watch these and be careful not to burn them (it’s easy to do).

3. Wash, trim and chop 2 Apples and several Radishes (we like to cut these into similar sizes).

4. Combine Broccoli, Apples, Radishes and Pecans, drizzle with a little more Vinaigrette before serving.
