Wash, trim and slice Roma Tomatoes in half and remove seeds. Place in a baking dish that has been wiped with a little oil to keep from sticking. Grate Wanda Cheese, set aside. Make 1/2 cup bread crumbs (pulse 1 slice bread in food processor) mix with 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil, salt and pepper. Mix Cheese with Bread Crumbs, sprinkle over Roma Tomatoes and Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
