- Wash, trim and chop Cabbage, Fennel and Vidalia Onion very finely.
- Prepare dressing: mix together 1/4 cup Mayonnaise or Plain Yogurt, salt, pepper, 1 Tablespoon Honey or Sugar, 2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar. Other seasonings to try: Curry Powder; Celery Seeds; Red Pepper Flakes; Cumin; fresh chopped Herbs.
- Mix together slaw veggies and dressing, chill well before serving.
